The first European Conference on Organizing

Organize! Movement Meetup is a 3 day-event of workshops, panels, knowledge-sharing in open space formats, dinners and one huge party. 

Save the date: Organize! Movement Meetup takes place May 15-17th 2026 in Malmö, Sweden.

We will invite keynote speakers for inspiring talks, successful organizers who can share their best practices with us in the form of workshops or lectures, developers and designers who can share knowledge on how to use tech in organizing, and there will be plenty of time to meet in one-to-ones so that you can make the best out of the community and expand your network. Our strength is in our numbers.

The main organizers behind the meetup are the Clara Foundation and the Zetkin Foundation. The conference is made possible through support from Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung.
